Primarily focusing on real estate, construction, corporate, business and healthcare matters, Jonathan Golding has more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation and problem solving.
Jonathan represents property owners, developers, buyers, sellers, investors, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, landlords, tenants, title insurance companies, escrow companies, real estate brokers and agents, and others in all facets of real estate disputes and litigation.
Within the corporate world, Jonathan represents businesses, shareholders, partners, members, investors and other business owners in all aspects of problem-solving and litigation.
He also represents physicians, other healthcare professionals, and medical staffs in disputes involving the business of practicing medicine and regulatory matters, including medical board investigations, medical group disputes, disputes between physicians and hospitals, peer review proceedings, and disputes between doctors and certifying boards. Jonathan practices in all California courts, Federal court, Arbitrations and Mediations.
Jonathan is the author of Fair-Value Limitations Applied to the Deficiency Judgments of Sold-Out Junior Lienholders: A Critical Analysis of the Courts’ Application of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 580a, 23 Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review 313 (1989).
In April 2017, Jonathan was honored to present “Landslides in California: What Every Real Estate Attorney Needs to Know” at the State Bar of California Real Estate Section Retreat in Napa, California.
Jonathan is a former President and Trustee of the Santa Monica Bar Association.

In April 2018, Jonathan was honored to present “From Language to Litigation: Commonly Litigated Commercial Leasing Issues,” at the 37th Annual Real Property Law Section Retreat in San Francisco.
Jonathan was the Chair of the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section for the term of 2021-2022
